The Veranda is a destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Fine dining options and high-end retail are interwoven with a luxe multi-screen cinema and gorgeous outdoor spaces throughout. Al fresco dining and lounge areas feature lawn games and spaces to enjoy outdoor performances.

The Veranda boasts a unique collection of smaller, intimate settings for interactions with vendors that feel personal and authentic. Pivot partnered with Steven Jones Architects on this new construction project, providing indoor furniture for the theater and leasing offices, and outdoor furniture throughout. Brands include Janus et Cie, Dedon, Loll Designs, Grand Rapids Chair Co, Tucci umbrellas, and custom wood and hammered metal picnic tables and benches by MTRL.
