Pivot partnered with Rapt studio to bring this inspiring space to life for the Honest Company. Open, airy spaces are connected with clear sight-lines, open staircases and glass to unite the team with a feeling of togetherness and transparency.
The 118,000 square foot space spans three floors, comprised of varied work settings, private offices and huddle rooms, custom conference spaces, lounge and collaborative areas, and refreshing outdoor space. Pivot’s team curated the furnishings, including custom and vintage pieces to support, empower and inspire the Honest Company team.
Pivot’s scope included conference rooms, ancillary and office furniture, and outdoor spaces. The team also provided the front lobby with seating as well as a communal break area for employees, and a collaboration library with Eames rockers and bench seating. The space features child-friendly spaces to reflect the family-centric nature of the company, with gathering and comfort at the center of the design to create a home-like atmosphere. One of the largest areas flows out onto a rooftop deck, lending an indoor-outdoor connection to fresh air and nature.
