Goal
Vying for Silicon Valley’s top talent, Sokon required a world-class building with an innovative look and state of the art technology. They wanted the building to reflect their level of quality and establish their brand in the US on a par with Silicon Valley's elite electric auto makers.

Scope
83K sq feet; 1st floor - auto showroom, café, fitness, gaming and training rooms. 2nd floor - engineering workspaces, labs, open collaborative spaces and outdoor dining area. 3rd floor - executive suite which includes the board room, negotiation room, executive dining room, private outdoor terrace and break-out reception areas. Height adjustable work desks for all employees.
