Goal
A high end apartment living environment with clubhouse amenities, technology connected community spaces, private conference rooms, library, gaming areas and lounge areas for community use. Combining aesthetics and functionality, creating an entirely new living experience for residents to connect with their community.

Scope
10,000 sq ft of private offices, lounge/meeting areas, library, Interactive Media Walls, meeting areas with tenant private conference rooms and reservation display systems, Leasing offices and large collaboration areas.

Herman Miller private offices, Herman Miller conference/ task/guest seating, Enwork Conference room tables with power/data. Mash custom tables, Hightower lounge seating, HBF lounge seating, Turn coffee tables, Custom shag rugs, Knoll stools, Martin Brattrud banquets, Highland lounge seating, Vitra stools, Coalesse lounge chairs, Evonbest tables, Knoll Textile and Maharam fabrics.

Custom interactive display walls were designed and implemented by Pivot’s Construction Solutions division, with DIRTT glass walls, Planar 84” touch-display monitors, and JBL speakers. Lennar has made these walls a new standard, partnering with Pivot’s Construction Solutions team to install dozens more in subsequent new Lennar developments around the country.
