Scope: 16,711 SF office relocation including lobby, break room furniture, and conference room furniture, as well as 107 benching workstations
AC Martin, the architects behind the 73-story Wilshire Grand Center—the tallest building west of the Mississippi—announced in 2023 that they would be relocating their offices to this iconic tower. Seeking a cost-effective way to modernize their workspace, they turned to Pivot for a solution. Pivot collaborated with HAT Collective to design ergonomic, height-adjustable workstations that aligned with their budget and aesthetic vision. The minimalist furniture we provided was thoughtfully chosen to complement, rather than overshadow, the stunning architecture – such as exposed beams – as well as beautiful views from the new office.
